Established: 27th March 2024
Providing independent third-party inspection and vendor surveillance services to EPC contractors, oil companies, and government entities across India. Specializing in oil & gas, LNG, power, and defense projects with focus on critical equipment inspection per API, ASME, and ISO standards.

2015 - 2020

Senior Inspector - Inspection Agency

Led inspection teams for major EPC projects across India. Managed vendor surveillance activities for IOCL, ONGC, and GAIL projects. Conducted third-party inspection of pressure vessels, turbines, valves, and instrumentation for LNG terminals and refinery expansions.

2010 - 2015

Quality Inspector - EPC Contractor

Performed vendor surveillance and expediting services for power plant and petrochemical projects across India. Coordinated with L&T, Thermax, and other major contractors for quality assurance activities. Achieved Fluor vendor inspector certification and ASNT Level II NDT qualification.

2005 - 2010

QC Engineer - Refinery & Petrochemical Sector

Involved in quality control activities for refinery maintenance shutdowns and new construction projects with IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL. Conducted inspection of piping, pressure vessels, and rotating equipment. Obtained ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor certification.

1998 - 2005

Inspection Engineer - Manufacturing Industry

Started career in heavy engineering manufacturing sector with BHEL and L&T. Gained foundational experience in pressure vessel fabrication, turbine manufacturing, and mechanical assembly inspection. Developed expertise in ASME codes and API specifications.
